Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of WaamTech Tweaks (tweaks.waamtech.com), operated by WaamTech Technologies (“WaamTech”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.
2. Services
WaamTech Tweaks provides remote PC optimization, Windows tuning, peripheral configuration, and overclocking services for competitive gaming. Scope is limited to the package or individual service purchased. Results vary by hardware, cooling, drivers, game titles, and network conditions. We do not guarantee specific FPS numbers, ranks, or competitive outcomes.
3. Accounts & authentication
You may sign in with Discord OAuth or an email/password account. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. Discord login is the recommended method for dashboard access, orders, downloads, future license management, and support.
4. Orders, payment & scheduling
Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment must be completed successfully before any tweaking session begins. No optimization work starts without payment confirmation. After payment, you must contact support to schedule a remote session. Starting-from prices for overclock services may be adjusted after hardware review.
5. Customer responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate hardware information, maintain backups of important data, ensure you have authority to modify the system, and remain available during the scheduled remote session. You should remove sensitive files from shared desktops when possible before remote access begins.
6. Overclocking & hardware risk
Overclocking and BIOS changes can affect stability, thermals, component lifespan, and manufacturer warranties. We prioritize safe configurations and disclose material risks before proceeding. By purchasing overclocking services you accept residual risk inherent to hardware tuning.
7. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. No refunds are provided once work has started, except where WaamTech is unable to provide the purchased service or a verified technical issue is caused directly by our service.
8. Prohibited use
You may not request assistance for cheating, malware, unauthorized access, or any activity that violates game publisher terms or law. We may refuse or terminate a session that conflicts with our Acceptable Use Policy without obligation to continue work.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WaamTech Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for hardware failure unrelated to verified service defects. Our total liability for any claim related to a paid order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
