1. Who we are
WaamTech Tweaks is operated by WaamTech Technologies (“we”, “us”). This policy explains how we handle information when you visit tweaks.waamtech.com, create an account, contact us, or purchase services.
2. Information we collect
We may collect account details (name, email, Discord username/ID, profile image), authentication data from Discord OAuth or email registration, order and payment metadata from our payment processor, contact form submissions, hardware/game details you share for optimization, and basic technical data such as IP-derived security hashes, browser type, and pages visited for reliability and abuse prevention.
3. How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, process orders, deliver optimization services, schedule sessions, provide support, send transactional emails, prevent fraud and spam, improve the website, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
4. Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Stripe may process billing details under its own privacy terms.
5. Remote sessions
During remote support we only access systems with your permission and for the scoped service. You are responsible for backing up important data and removing sensitive files from shared desktops before a session when possible.
6. Security
We apply technical and organizational safeguards including HTTPS, secure cookies, CSRF protection, input validation, rate limiting, and bot protection on sensitive forms. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
7. Retention
We retain account, order, invoice, and support records as needed for service delivery, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal compliance, then delete or anonymize when no longer required.
8. Your choices
You may update profile details in your dashboard, request account corrections, or contact us to ask about access or deletion where applicable law allows.
