How long does an optimization take?

Essential sessions usually take 1–2 hours. Pro and Ultimate packages typically run 2–4 hours. Extreme OC can take 4–6 hours depending on stability testing and thermal headroom.

Do I need to install anything beforehand?

You’ll need a stable internet connection and a remote desktop tool such as AnyDesk or TeamViewer. We’ll send exact instructions after booking. Please back up important files and note any BIOS passwords before the session.

Is overclocking safe for my PC?

Accepted Answer

Yes when done correctly. We prioritize safe voltages, temperature limits, and stability tests. Extreme OC is only recommended when cooling and power delivery can handle it—we’ll advise you honestly if your system isn’t a good candidate.

Will this void my warranty or break Windows?

Software tweaks and restore points are reversible. BIOS/overclock changes can affect warranties depending on your manufacturer. We explain risks upfront and create restore points before making system-level changes.

What is your refund policy?

If we cannot complete the agreed service due to unsupported hardware or a technical blocker on our side, you’re eligible for a full or partial refund. Once a remote session is completed as scoped, fees are generally non-refundable. Contact support within 48 hours if something feels off.
